 Fairfield by Marriott Hotel Mumbai is thrilled to announce its Bengali Food Festival, running until October 12, 2024. This week-long celebration of Bengal’s rich culinary heritage will offer guests an authentic taste of traditional dishes.

Curated by Celebrity Chef Ananaya Banerjee in collaboration with Executive Chef Kamlesh Rawat and his team, the festival showcases the vibrant flavors and aromatic spices that define Bengali cuisine.

Guests can savor classic dishes such as Machher Jhol, Shorshe Ilish, Aloo Posto, and Macher Paturi. The festival will also feature an array of delightful desserts, including Rasgulla and Sandesh.

The event will take place at Mado Mado restaurant, and reservations are recommended due to high demand.
