TRAC Representations, the Sales, Marketing, and PR arm of Cheval Collection in India, renowned for its exceptional luxury services, has announced the appointment of Dr. Banani Saikia as the new Deputy Director for the Indian market.
Dr. Banani Saikia holds a PhD in Tourism, an MSc in Tourism, an MBA, and is an IHM alumnus with over 17 years of experience in both industry and academia. Known for leadership skills, problem-solving, and achieving organizational goals, she has taught BHM, BTM, MBA, and MTM programs at university and college levels. Additionally, she has experience as a result-driven Front Office Manager in a 5-star deluxe hotel.
In her new leadership role, Dr. Saikia, a seasoned hotelier, will play a key part in enhancing and expanding the Indian market strategy. She will oversee the development of Cheval Collection’s operations, business, and brand in the Indian subcontinent, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in this vibrant and promising market.
Commenting on her appointment, Dr. Saikia shared, “I am thrilled to take on this role and look forward to reinforcing Cheval Collection’s leadership in the luxury serviced apartment industry. My goal is to elevate guest experiences with personalized services and contribute to the company’s long-term growth in India.”
