To celebrate the 77th Republic Day of India, Blue Diamond, IHCL SeleQtions, is set to host a special Republic Day Brunch at its signature restaurant Latitude on 26th January 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Curated as a refined celebration of India’s spirit, the brunch promises a thoughtfully designed culinary experience where timeless Indian flavours meet subtle tricolour elegance. The event aims to bring together patriotism, tradition and gourmet indulgence in a warm and elegant setting.
