In a first-of-its-kind initiative in India’s luxury hospitality space, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has unveiled Leela Ki Holi, a specially curated celebration that invites guests to experience the festival of colours through the lens of true Indian luxury. The festive getaway will be available across select Leela properties from March 1 to March 7, 2026, including The Leela Palace Jaipur, The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi, among others.

Designed as an immersive festive escape, Leela Ki Holi blends heritage, elegance and traditional celebrations within palatial settings. Guests will be welcomed with a traditional Indian reception and festive amenities on arrival, followed by indulgent breakfasts inspired by local flavours and a specially curated Holi-themed culinary spread showcasing regional delicacies.

A key highlight of the celebration is Phoolon Ki Holi, where guests can participate in flower-based festivities using organic Tishya by The Leela gulaal, accompanied by a live DJ and rain dance. The programme also features thoughtfully designed activities for children, including pichkari painting, storytelling sessions based on the legend of Holika and Prahlad, a colourful handprint canvas wall and a traditional Holi puppet show depicting festive folklore.

The festive offering has already caught the attention of international travellers. Arthur Anderson, a British tourist planning to celebrate Holi in Jaipur this year, shared his enthusiasm for the experience. “Indian Holi, the festival of colours, is famous all over the world. Last year, my family celebrated Holi in Barsana and loved the energy and traditions there. This time, we have decided to participate in Holi at The Leela in the Pink City. I am sure The Leela will be the best venue to experience the festival in a truly special way, so we carry memories with us to share with friends and family,” he said.

With themed décor, organic colours, traditional music inspired by Indian classics and carefully curated festive experiences, The Leela aims to offer guests a memorable Holi celebration that captures the vibrancy of the season while remaining true to its legacy of refined hospitality.

Through Leela Ki Holi, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts continues to strengthen its positioning as a destination for immersive cultural celebrations that seamlessly blend tradition with luxury.
