The festive offering blends traditional Cantonese techniques with modern flavors, featuring signature dishes such as five-spiced Aromatic Duck, Devil’s Crab Meat, and artisanal dim sum including Morel Mushroom Philadelphia Dumpling.
Guests can also enjoy fiery Wild Pepper Fish, comforting Golden Onion Moon Faan Rice, and contemporary highlights like Wasabi Prawns and Singaporean Crab Noodles. The experience concludes with a decadent Chocolate & Matcha parfait, ensuring a sweet and prosperous start to the new year.
