Farzana Ali Khan has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where she will oversee the Rooms Division across both properties. Her portfolio includes managing Front Office, Housekeeping, and associated departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
With more than 13 years of experience in hospitality, she brings expertise in guest engagement, revenue optimisation, and team leadership. Over the course of her career, she has been associated with leading hotels such as The Oberoi Grand, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, and The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore.
In her new position, Farzana will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational frameworks and deliver consistent guest experiences. Her role will focus on managing daily operations, enhancing service delivery, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
She has earned industry recognition through awards including the Young Hotelier of the Year and a CEO Award at The Oberoi Group.
