The Embassy of Sweden in India has announced the appointment of Adiba Samar as a permanent staff member in its Migration Section.
Samar brings experience in migration and consular services, having previously worked with VFS Global and the Austrian Embassy in New Delhi.
Sharing her thoughts on the new role, Samar expressed gratitude for the opportunity to join the Swedish mission.
“I am truly grateful to be part of the Migration Section. Since joining the Embassy of Sweden in India, I have experienced a positive and inclusive work environment that values equality, encourages freedom of thought, and fosters continuous learning. I look forward to further learning, growing, and contributing to the team in the future,” she said.
The embassy highlighted Samar’s professional background and welcomed her to the team. Her previous experience in handling visa and migration-related matters is expected to support the section’s ongoing work.
