Coming from a family of doctors, engineers and Navy officers, he chose a different professional path after spending years fascinated by the aromas, techniques and warmth of home cooking that he observed in his mother’s kitchen. He often credits his mother for nurturing his earliest understanding of flavours, hospitality and the emotional power of food. Encouraged by her passion for cooking, he pursued culinary arts professionally, graduated with distinction and steadily rose through the ranks of India’s luxury hotel industry. Today, he stands at the forefront of Mumbai’s evolving fine-dining and hospitality landscape.
