Fairmont Mumbai is set to present a unique culinary experience with “The Dim Sum Table at Beyond Oryn” on May 23, 2026, celebrating the artistry and diversity of Asian dim sum traditions. Hosted at Oryn, the immersive brunch will showcase an elaborate spread featuring 51 varieties of handcrafted dim sum prepared through interactive live stations.
Designed as a refined yet engaging dining experience, the brunch aims to combine authentic Asian flavours with contemporary presentation and luxury hospitality. Guests will be able to witness chefs preparing delicately crafted dumplings, baos, and other specialties live, adding a theatrical and sensory dimension to the experience.

The specially curated menu includes a diverse selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dim sum varieties. Highlights from the vegetarian offerings include Truffle Edamame Crystal Dumpling, Wild Mushroom & Black Garlic Bao, Braised Bamboo & Goji Berry dumplings, and Saffron Infused Water Chestnut & Charred Corn. Seafood and meat lovers can indulge in premium delicacies such as Lobster & Cognac Har Gow, Sea Urchin & Prawn dumplings, Duck Confit & Lychee Potstickers, Quail with Black Pepper Orange Marmalade, and 5 Spice Pork dim sum.
The brunch will also feature Chef Kanti’s signature steamed classics, crispy spring rolls, pan-fried gyozas, and an assortment of Cheung Funs with prawn, chicken, and vegetable fillings. Guests can further enjoy interactive live stations including an Asian Soup Bar serving wontons and dumplings, along with a Peking Duck carving station.
Chef Mihir Kane, Director of Culinary at Fairmont Mumbai, said the brunch has been designed as both a celebration and exploration of authentic Chinese and Cantonese flavours, blending tradition with modern dining experiences. The brunch will begin at 12.30 pm onwards at Oryn, Fairmont Mumbai.
