EHV International, a name synonymous with fine dining, is marking the auspicious festival of Navratra with thoughtfully curated Satvik menus across its acclaimed restaurants—Indian Accent, Comorin, and HOSA, each blending tradition with contemporary culinary innovation.

Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, at Indian Accent, New Delhi, introduces a refined Satvik experience that stays true to ritualistic guidelines, excluding onion and garlic, while elevating flavours through modern techniques. The menu opens with vibrant, seasonal creations such as melon with sweet potato and starfruit paired with tadka dahi, alongside sweet and sour pumpkin with papdi and aloo rassa.

The main course showcases comforting yet inventive dishes, including roomali paneer with squash curry, complemented by chironji dal, purple potato raita, and kuttu sago thalipeeth. Each preparation reflects a balance of nourishment and indulgence.

Desserts offer a creative finale, featuring bottle gourd ice cream with cornett and Alphonso aamras served with singhara atta puri and fresh berries—bringing a contemporary twist to familiar festive flavours.

Available from March 19 to March 26, 2026, the specially curated experience is priced at INR 5,700 plus taxes per person, offering diners an elegant way to celebrate Navratra through mindful, flavourful cuisine.
