Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has appointed Harshawardhan Dhavale as Food & Beverage Manager, strengthening its leadership team as the hotel continues to focus on its restaurants, banqueting and overall dining experience.
Dhavale brings 16 years of hospitality experience to his new role. His last assignment was with Courtyard by Marriott, Navi Mumbai, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. During his career, he has worked with several established hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, ibis, Grand Mercure Bengaluru, Della Adventure and Taj Residency.
In his new position, Dhavale will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including its restaurants and banqueting activities. He will be responsible for strengthening operational efficiency, maintaining service standards and supporting the development of engaging dining experiences. His responsibilities will also include working with the team to further enhance culinary offerings, celebrations, events and destination dining experiences.

Dhavale is the first person in his family to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. He completed his schooling at Purushottam English School, Nashik Road, followed by his Higher Secondary education at K.T.H.M. College, Nashik. He later completed his graduation in Hotel Management from MGV’s Samajshree Prashantdada Hiray College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Nashik.
