Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai International Airport will celebrate India’s Independence Day with a special brunch on August 15, bringing together Indian flavours, festive traditions and contemporary hospitality.
Titled “Celebrate the Spirit of India,” the Independence Day brunch has been curated as a celebration of the country’s rich culinary heritage and cultural diversity. The festive spread will feature an Indian and international buffet, live stations and a selection of desserts.
Scheduled from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, the brunch will offer guests an afternoon of food and celebration, with Indian specialities presented alongside international favourites. Live stations will add an interactive element, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared selections as part of the festive experience.
The promotional theme draws inspiration from India’s cultural and architectural heritage, with Mumbai’s Gateway of India and Jaipur’s iconic Hawa Mahal featuring prominently in the campaign.
