The Square, the all-day dining restaurant at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, will celebrate Independence Day with a specially curated brunch on August 15, bringing together the diverse flavours and culinary traditions of India. The brunch will be served from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
Chef Rajesh Kumar Angad, who has joined Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli from Novotel Mumbai Juhu, brings with him an understanding of the preferences of discerning guests and the nuances of Indian cuisine. Along with his culinary team, he has curated exclusive delicacies inspired by different states of India, bringing together traditional flavours, regional specialities and festive favourites.
