The Leela Mumbai will celebrate India’s Independence Day with “The Great Indian Lunch”, a specially curated culinary experience at Citrus, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, on August 15.
The festive lunch will bring together the rich and diverse flavours of India, offering guests an opportunity to celebrate the national occasion through an extensive spread of signature Indian delicacies. The menu has been curated to showcase the country’s varied culinary traditions, regional flavours and festive favourites.
Signature delicacies have been crafted by Aungshuman Chakraborty, Executive Chef, The Leela Mumbai, and his culinary team. The carefully curated spread aims to present authentic Indian flavours while creating a memorable dining experience for guests celebrating Independence Day with family and friends.
