Bombay Baking Company at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has unveiled its special Ganesh Chaturthi collection, bringing together traditional Indian flavours with contemporary patisserie and artisanal chocolate creations. The festive range will be available from September 12 to 24, 2026.
The collection features an assortment of cakes, chocolates and modaks, created for festive gatherings, family celebrations and gifting. It combines familiar Indian flavours with modern pastry techniques and presentation.
Among the highlights is the Festive Chocolate Fleur, combining rose brûlée, creamy white chocolate and Stracciatella. The Bappa Bliss Cake offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional flavours, pairing coconut and jaggery with a saffron-infused mousse.
The traditional modak has also been given a modern makeover through the Modak Velvet, featuring red velvet sponge and cream cheese frosting in the distinctive shape of the festive sweet. The Zafrani Pista Royale combines Dolce chocolate mousse with pistachio sponge for a rich chocolate and nut combination.
For chocolate enthusiasts, the Modak Chocolates Collection presents festive flavours in a contemporary format. One of the offerings is a Hazelnut 70% Dark Chocolate Modak made with Ariba chocolate and filled with a hazelnut centre.
The collection also includes Traditional Indian Modaks in Mixed Dry Fruits, Rose Petals, Anjeer, Kesar Mawa and Chocolate varieties, retaining familiar flavours associated with Ganesh Chaturthi.
