Fairfield Mumbai Andheri West Appoints Chef Sohail Karimi as Executive Chef

Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West has appointed Chef Sohail Karimi as Executive Chef, bringing more than 21 years of culinary experience across leading hospitality brands to the property.
In his new role, Chef Karimi will lead the culinary operations at Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West, overseeing menu development and innovation while working closely with the culinary team to create engaging dining experiences for guests.
Chef Karimi’s career spans renowned hospitality groups including IHCL, Marriott International, IHG and Radisson. Over the years, he has gained experience across culinary operations, fine dining, banquet operations, menu development and culinary concept creation, with a focus on consistency, creativity and guest experience.
Speaking about his appointment, Chef Sohail Karimi said, “Food has always been a powerful way to bring people together and create lasting memories.
