Countdown begins for I-PHA India’s 5th Anniversary Summit

“Housekeeping Smart Seminar 2020” to be held in Pune.

The countdown has begun for the 5th Year Anniversary summit of I- Professional Housekeepers’ Association India (i-PHA, India),  “Housekeeping Smart Seminar 2020″ in Pune on 18th January, 2020. The anniversary celebration would have networking of more than 100 plus Housekeepers from various regions of India.

The summit will include panel discussions, B2B meets, networking and talks on various topics on Housekeeping. The focal point of the event is an attempt at making India’s Biggest Towel Art. It will be judged and  awarded with an Record breaking title & Book Launch on Housekeeping Machinery written by one of the core member of  i-PHA, India, committee.

It may be noted that i-PHA, India – I- Professional Housekeepers’ Association, India, is a professional and educational organization for individuals involved in or directly affiliated with Housekeeping in hotels, hospitals, facilities management and allied professions. IPHA is predominantly young.

IPHA is a nationally and internationally recognized association. Its first meeting was started by determined Executive Housekeepers, in October 2014. IPHA is one of the front runners of Housekeepers Associations which represent hotel, hospitals & facility management professionals from Pan India.

I-PHA India chapter was launched in January 2015 in the presence of 60 Housekeepers. As an upcoming and dynamic organization in India, IPHA’s vision is  learning, upgrading standards of cleanliness, personal growth, professional development of Housekeepers at the corporate level and connection to the hospitality industry worldwide. IPHA India has more than 2000 members in its fold, across India. IPHA is proudly aassociated with Asian Housekeepers association with 11 Asian countries.

Year after years numbers of its members have grown manifolds and increasing. IPHA is the largest Housekeepers Association in India, and is the platform to share knowledge, develop and support each other. This platform is unique and very helpful for the housekeeping professionals. We are the sole organization in India, representing Housekeeping and committed to take it to next level”.

IPHA’s vision: I-PHA, India is solely a nonprofit organization with a clear vision of providing a ray of channel for personal and professional growth and also build confidence among housekeeping professionals in the years to come through Connect, Share & innovate. I-PHA, India has been a part of the hospitality industry since last five years. Since then, it has always given the mantra of creating synergy by togetherness, taking housekeeping and Housekeepers’ to a new level via technology and knowledge sharing.

I-PHA India has its presence in West, East & North cities. It has taken a responsibility to educate and certify the room attendants and Supervisors. So far 70 team members are certified.
