Savour ITC Grand Central’s Egg – Citing Easter Brunch

In the same vein, ITC Grand Central has designed an exclusive brunch curated by Executive Chef Paul Noronha and his team that families can enjoy together. Chefs have planned a spectacular Easter Sunday brunch and there are Easter goodies on sale too, at Hornby’s Pavilion – the multi-cuisine restaurant on April 17, 2022.

Exclusive delightful Easter delicacies include Dry rub oven-baked pork ribs, Homemade Tortellini ricotta with sun-dried tomato, Lamb ragout, Deviled egg with fava beans chive; Asparagus cream cheese cucumber maki roll, Chicken leek Yakitori; Pork Momos, Crabmeat wonton and Oven-baked cauliflower sage lasagna.
