Chef Dane and his team have curated a menu featuring traditional and modern delicacies using rich, robust flavors and renowned ingredients such as pecorino cheese, muscatel grapes, olive oil, truffles, and cipollini onion that adds the sweet notes to dishes. With this menu Chef Dane shares culinary marvels from his memorable Italian journey with unique delicacies other than the usual pizzas and pasta. The dishes are an amalgamation of modern and traditional techniques to create an inspiring menu bringing together the essence of Italian food in a contemporary setting.
