The Small Plates selection offers an array of delectable options, including the fiery Chilli Oil Burrata, the tantalising Seared Chilli Mushroom Wontons, and the vibrant Beetroot Hummus & Guacamole.

No feast would be complete without an unforgettable finale, and Rouge delivers with its selection of divine desserts. The Red Velvet Cake with cherries compote, dou quiche, and mascarpone cheese promises to delight the senses, while the Strawberry Mousse Flan with vanilla bean sponge and strawberry compote provides a refreshing burst of flavour.
