A seasoned hand in food and Beverage operations, Pranjal Singh joined ITC Fortune BBD Park Lucknow. He brings with him a remarkable experience of almost a decade in F&B and Hospitality. He has an unmatched experience and expertise in food and beverage.
Prior to joining joined ITC Fortune, he worked at Lebua Hotel & Resort Lucknow as a Restaurant & Bar Manager. His career began with renowned luxury group, Jaypee Hotels, Agra and he never looked back thereafter. His vast experience includes Radisson Lucknow city centre, Renaissance by Marriott International Lucknow and JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi. He has also worked for New Delhi’s food theatre- K3 as Pre-opening team member.
Pranjal is a passionate photographer, innovator and a charismatic team player. Creating memories for guests through unique dining experiences has always fascinated Pranjal. He thrives on developing new ideas and concepts, innovative and creative ways to improve the service standards to delight guests.
As the F&B manager at ITC Fortune BBD Park Lucknow, Pranjal plans to invest time in growth and development of associates and empower them to provide exceptional guest service. He would also like to focus on innovation and implementation of new trends in food and beverage operations.
Pranjal completed his secondary and higher secondary education from Dalimss High School, Varanasi and completed his hotel management from Heritage Institute of Hotel Management, Agra.
In his free time, he loves to read good books and engages himself in photography and spends quality time with his children.
