Chef Sudarshan Sawant’s menu showcases exclusive delicacies such as Water Chestnut Purple Cabbage Jiozi, Zucchini Cheese Glass Noodles Dumplings, and Crab XO Dumpling. Other highlights include Stuffed Shiitake with Spicy Sriracha, Crispy Lotus Stem with Curry Leaves, and Chinese Barbecue Spare Ribs.
For mains, enjoy Sichuan Aubergine with Dice Potatoes, Bamboo Shoots with Pickled Ginger, Shiban Yu Fish, and Wok Tossed Lobster. The rice and noodles selection includes Lotus Leaf Wrapped Sticky Rice and Fujian Shrimp Fried Rice, with Jian Dui and Strawberry Sichuan Sorbet to finish.
