JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has appointed seasoned hospitality professional Peter Sethi as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With a rich and diverse career spanning over sixteen years, Sethi brings a proven track record of enhancing food and beverage operations across leading luxury hotel brands.
In his new role, Peter will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to reimagine culinary offerings, streamline service standards, and strengthen the hotel’s dining appeal. His leadership is expected to reinforce the brand’s commitment to providing world-class hospitality and gourmet excellence.
Prior to joining JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Sethi was the Director of Restaurants and Bars at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Over the years, he has held strategic roles at several marquee names in the industry, including Marriott International, Accor Hotels, Essar Group, Hyatt Hotels, and The Taj. His career is marked by his ability to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and create memorable guest experiences across multiple dining platforms.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Industry Integrated Technology and Business Management, equipping him with a robust foundation in hospitality and business administration. His academic training laid the groundwork for his early foray into the luxury hotel sector, where he quickly established himself as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader.
With Peter Sethi at the helm of its F&B division, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is set to enhance its position as a leading luxury hospitality destination in Mumbai.
