Conceptualised as a platform to spotlight globally celebrated bars, the SALUD series at Koishii curates immersive evenings that go beyond cocktails. Headlining the evening is Elon Soddu of Amaro Bar, London, known for his nuanced interpretations of classic cocktails. His creations are defined by balance, depth, and modern finesse. For this special showcase, Soddu will present a curated menu that combines bold ingredients with refined techniques.
Guests can expect standout creations such as Muchacha Caliente and Peanut Butter Old Fashioned, each delivering layered flavors with notes of citrus, fruit, spice, and indulgent textures, presented through a distinctly modern lens. The event is presented in collaboration with All Things Nice, led by Nikhil Agarwal, adding further expertise to the curated beverage experience.
