Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is hosting ‘Flavours of the South’, a South Indian food festival featuring a selection of regional specialities curated by Chef Madurai Raghavan. The festival will be held from October 2 to 11 at Mado Mado Restaurant.

The culinary festival brings together flavours and traditional preparations from across South India, with a menu featuring aromatic curries, dosas, idlis, regional rice preparations and a selection of desserts.

Chef Madurai Raghavan has curated the spread to showcase the diversity of South Indian cuisine, with an emphasis on traditional flavours and regional culinary practices. Guests can explore a range of dishes that reflect the distinctive ingredients, cooking styles and food traditions associated with different parts of South India.

The festival is designed as a culinary journey through the region, bringing together familiar favourites and regional specialities in a single dining experience. The menu highlights the balance of spices, textures and aromas that characterise South Indian cooking.

‘Flavours of the South’ will be available for dinner from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm during the festival period. The dinner experience is priced at Rs 2,499 plus applicable taxes per person.
