One of Mumbai’s premier hotel management institutes, the ITM Institute of Hotel Management, recently hosted an exciting hands-on workshop for the talented students of St. Xavier’s College. This unique event aimed to blend creativity with practical skills, giving students an enriching taste of the culinary arts.
During the workshop, participants engaged in an interactive learning experience focused on mocktails and basic culinary creations. From brainstorming concepts to executing their ideas, students had the opportunity to explore their creativity while gaining valuable skills in the kitchen.
The session fostered teamwork and encouraged students to experiment with flavors and presentation, resulting in delicious and visually appealing mocktails. Attendees left feeling inspired and eager to apply their newfound knowledge.
