Thane’s first luxury branded hotel, Fortune Park LakeCity has launched a festive range of specially curated modaks to mark Ganpati celebrations. The offerings are available at the hotel’s Rainbow restaurant, located at the lobby level.
The modaks are being presented in a variety of packaging options designed to suit different preferences. Guests can choose from four box sizes — 250 gms, 500 gms and 1 kg — along with two exclusive collections containing 16 and 32 modaks.
The festive menu brings together traditional and innovative flavours. Among the choices are Anjeer Modak (sugar-free), Kaju Cassata Modak, Lotus Biscoff Modak and Coconut Modak. Each variant is crafted to add a unique dimension to the celebration, offering something for both traditionalists and those seeking contemporary tastes.
With this curated collection, the hotel aims to enhance the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi by offering sweets that combine authenticity with creativity, ensuring the Modak — considered the symbolic sweet of the festival — is enjoyed in its finest form.
