Since joining the hotel in February 2024, Sangram has been an integral part of the Sales team, contributing substantially to the hotel’s reputation as a leading luxury destination in Pune.
In his new role, Sangram will oversee all facets of Sales, Marketing, and brand management, working closely with the senior leadership team to devise and implement strategies that drive growth, revenue, and client engagement. His promotion reflects not only his exceptional skills and industry knowledge but also his ability to thrive in a competitive and evolving hospitality landscape.
Before joining The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Sangram held the position of Associate Director of Sales at The Westin, Pune Koregaon Park, and has held multiple Sales roles with Marriott Suites, Pune, JW Marriott, Pune, and SpiceJet Airlines. His extensive experience across corporate and luxury hospitality has equipped him with a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and innovative sales strategies.
Since becoming part of The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Sangram has been instrumental in leading corporate sales initiatives, cross-selling Marriott Hotels across India, and establishing long-term relationships with key corporate clients. His efforts have played a vital role in enhancing revenue performance, elevating client satisfaction, and positioning the hotel as a preferred choice for both business and leisure travellers.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sangram is a national-level football player, having represented Maharashtra at the 47th National School Games. His extroverted personality, discipline, and dedication embody his “ever-ready” philosophy, making him a dynamic sales leader and a vibrant contributor to the hotel’s culture.
