Set beside the pool and illuminated with warm amber lighting, the venue captures the magic of golden hour and the romance of European coastal evenings.

Prasad Metrani, Executive Assistant Manager F&B, said the concept is an ode to Mediterranean simplicity and its deep connection to nature. He noted that each dish reflects a sense of place, drawing from fresh coastal produce and traditional Middle Eastern grills, while the open-air rooftop setting enhances the immersive experience under the sky.
Samaa’s menu highlights vibrant Mediterranean flavours prepared with careful craftsmanship. Evening offerings include light al fresco plates such as hummus, fattoush, smoked moutabal, beetroot knafeh with goat cheese mousse, handmade breads, popcorn shrimp and spiced squid. As night deepens, the menu transitions to heartier selections including Turkish kebabs and grills like kebab Istanbuli, pirzola lamb chops and sheesh taouk. Desserts such as hazelnut baklava ice cream and rose umm ali provide a fitting finale to relaxed, starlit dinners.
