Karigari by Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi has added Kanji, a traditional naturally fermented Indian probiotic beverage, to its menu across select outlets in Delhi NCR, bringing back an age-old drink rooted in the country’s culinary heritage. Known for its refreshing taste and digestive benefits, Kanji has been introduced as a wholesome, everyday beverage option crafted without any artificial additives or preservatives.

Prepared through natural fermentation, Karigari’s Kanji is rich in probiotics that help support digestion, improve gut health and boost immunity, making it both nourishing and refreshing. The introduction reflects a growing interest in traditional Indian foods that combine taste with wellness, and presents Kanji in a contemporary, convenient format for today’s diners.

The beverage is available in three variants, each offering distinct health benefits. The Amla Kanji is known for its high vitamin C content and immunity-enhancing properties, while the Haldi Kanji is valued for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities. The Beetroot Kanji, on the other hand, is aimed at supporting blood circulation and liver health, while also aiding natural detoxification and providing a gentle energy boost.

With this new addition, Karigari offers a modern interpretation of a time-honoured probiotic drink, designed to fit seamlessly into everyday dining habits while staying true to its traditional roots. Each bottle is priced at Rs 130 for a 200 ml serving and is currently available at eight Karigari outlets across the Delhi NCR region.
