Mumbai’s food lovers are in for an exotic treat as Together & Co., the all-day dining restaurant at Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai International Airport, hosts a special Thai food festival from January 19 to 25, 2026. The week-long celebration promises to transport guests to Thailand, showcasing the country’s vibrant culinary heritage and its signature balance of sweet, sour, spicy and umami flavours in an immersive dining experience.

The special menu has been curated by Savio Coutinho, Executive Chef, along with his chef’s team, including Chef Om Prakash and Chef Sanoj Rajbhar, who have put together a selection of exclusive and popular Thai dishes. The culinary team has focused on bringing authentic flavours to the table while ensuring a wide variety of choices for guests.

The spread includes refreshing starters such as Som Tam and Larb Gai, aromatic soups like Tom Yum and Tom Kha, flavourful curries including Green, Red and Massaman, and popular wok-tossed favourites such as Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao and Thai fried rice. The menu also features seafood and vegetarian specialities prepared with fresh herbs and traditional spices, along with classic Thai desserts made using coconut, palm sugar and sticky rice.

Savio Coutinho, Executive Chef, Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai said,  “We wanted to bring the true soul of Thai cuisine to our guests by staying true to authentic flavours, ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, while still making the experience enjoyable and accessible for everyone”.

To complement the food, the beverage menu features Thai-inspired cocktails infused with basil, coconut and kaffir lime, along with refreshing mocktails crafted with traditional flavours. The festival will be hosted daily from 7 pm to 11 pm and will be available on an à la carte basis, offering Mumbai’s diners a memorable culinary journey to Thailand without leaving the city.
