A new weekend ritual is taking shape in South Mumbai as Neuma unveils its thoughtfully curated Sunday Brunch series, inviting guests to slow down and savour late mornings in style.
Located in the heart of Colaba on Mandlik Road, the celebrated dining destination is transforming Sundays into relaxed yet refined social gatherings. The new brunch concept blends food, culture and community, offering guests a chance to unwind in the restaurant’s charming colonial-era bungalow.
Spread across multiple spaces within the property, the brunch experience encourages leisurely exploration. Diners can linger in the sunlit Courtyard, sip cocktails beneath the mango tree in the Garden Café, or settle into the elegant indoor lounges designed for unhurried conversations and shared moments.
Drawing inspiration from its contemporary European ethos, Neuma’s Sunday Brunch will also host special collaborative editions with cultural collectives and creative communities. From wellness groups and heritage storytellers to lifestyle curators and run clubs, each hosted edition aims to bring a fresh perspective to the brunch table, creating a vibrant intersection of food and culture.
The menu reflects Neuma’s produce-forward philosophy, elevating comfort classics with refined techniques and seasonal ingredients. Highlights include the Avocado & Burrata Toast with crispy chilli oil, Neuma Flatbread Eggs Benedict finished with saffron hollandaise, and indulgent French Toast with smoked honey glaze and vanilla ice cream.
The savoury spread features dishes like Truffle Baked Brie with orange compote and the Fried Chicken Sando with togarashi mayo, while desserts such as Texture of Chocolate offer a sophisticated finale.
Complementing the menu is a cocktail lineup featuring classics like the Aperol Spritz, White Lily, Victoria Blossom, Bloody Mary and the sparkling Rossini, adding a celebratory note to the leisurely afternoon.
