St. Regis Mumbai Hosts Mango-Themed ‘Season Served In Gold’ Experience

The St. Regis Mumbai has launched a special culinary showcase, Season Served in Gold, celebrating the vibrant flavours of mangoes during the summer season.
Curated at The Drawing Room, the limited-period experience highlights a refined selection of mango-infused delicacies, bringing together both sweet and savoury offerings inspired by the iconic Alphonso mango.
The menu features indulgent desserts such as Mango Frangipane Tart and Mango Cheesecake, crafted to showcase the fruit’s natural richness and tropical sweetness. Complementing these are innovative savoury creations like Alphonso Mango and Goat Cheese Crostini and Wild Rice and Mango Nigiri, offering a balanced interplay of flavours.
Adding to the experience is the classic tiered afternoon tea service, complete with freshly baked scones, making it an ideal setting for leisurely afternoons and intimate gatherings. The curated spread reflects the brand’s signature blend of sophistication and comfort, with every detail designed to elevate the seasonal dining experience.
Available throughout April 2026, Season Served in Gold is priced at ₹2,000 plus taxes and is served daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
With this initiative, the hotel aims to offer guests a unique opportunity to indulge in the king of fruits in an elegant and luxurious setting, capturing the essence of summer through thoughtfully crafted culinary creations.
