Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC will celebrate India’s Independence Day with its special “1947 Freedom Brunch” on August 15, bringing together the flavours, traditions and culinary diversity of the country in an extensive festive spread.
Featuring 80 dishes, the grand brunch has been designed as a culinary celebration of India’s rich gastronomic heritage. The menu will showcase specialities inspired by different regions of the country, offering guests an opportunity to experience a wide range of traditional flavours and festive delicacies under one roof.
Rahul Gupta, Executive Chef, Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC, and his culinary team have curated the menu with finest delicacies representing various regions of India. The selection brings together distinctive ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and regional favourites as part of the Independence Day celebration.
“Independence Day gives us an opportunity to celebrate the incredible diversity of India through food. With the 1947 Freedom Brunch, we have brought together 80 dishes inspired by different regions, traditions and flavours of our country. The brunch will be served on August 15 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Priced at Rs. 1,947 plus applicable taxes per person, the experience is designed for guests to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends over an extensive Indian culinary spread.
