It is important to have movements throughout the day. As when there is not enough movement, there is a stagnation of energy in the body, and lack of blood circulation. Thus when you do these practices regularly, It helps with improving the flow of energy in the body and promotes the circulation of blood in all parts of the body.

These are practices are simple yet very effective. The asanas can be done while sitting on a chair in the modified manner, or in the traditional manner. You may do the practices as per your convenience and body capacity. You must do these practices minimum once a day, or atleast 2-3 times a day. So during this lockdown, become healthier and fitter by practicing Yoga!

It was a much needed step which had to be taken to curb the spread of Covid-19. But, as much as this was a necessary step, many of us were in a pickle as to how we will get through 21 days of not being able to leave the house!
