Awadhi cuisine originates from the Awadh region of Uttar Pradesh and is greatly influenced by Mughal style of cooking techniques. Being an indigenous part of the city of Nawabs, Lucknow, the cuisine is inspired by the royalty of yore. The cuisine consists of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Dum Style of cooking originates from Awadh which is the art of cooking over a slow fire. The quintessential Awadhi spread consists of elaborate dishes like melt-in-the-mouth kababs, slow cooked biryanis, succulent niharis, qormas and specialty breads like baqarkhani.

The master chef at The Great Kabab Factory who hails from the fabled city of Lucknow has curated a royal Awadhi feast to please the princely palate of its discerning guests. It’s a time to indulge in centuries old shahi Awadhi delicacies like Kakori Kabab, Pathar ke Phool ki Chop, Alamgiri Chooza, Hazratganj ki Tawa Machhi, Ghutwa Kabab, Nihari Gosht, Boti ke Tinke, Kachhe Gosht ki Biryani and more.

Classic menu offerings from The Great Kabab Factory: A different menu is set for each day; guests are served unlimited servings of each dish, either vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Besides signature kababs such as the Galauti and the Burrah, the meal comprises daal factory, biryani, a selection of Indian breads and the best of seasonal vegetables and desserts.
