Chef Deepti Jadhav has curated exclusive mouth watering South Indian delicacies under the guidance of area executive Chef Yogen Datta. The ritualistic set down menu includes 26 items with traditional must haves such as Kadamba Thoran, Olan, Pumpkin Erissery, Ulli Theeyal, Parippu Pradhaman and two more payasams, Parappu Payar Curry, Pineapple Pachadi, and many more curations.
