Talented Ritu Rana, a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional has joined Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai – Marriott Executive Apartments The Westin Mumbai as the new Director of Sales & Marketing.
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Ms. Ritu Rana will oversee sales and marketing initiatives for a 777-inventory property, including the largest convention center in the area.
The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake & Lakeside Chalet is thrilled to have Ms. Ritu Rana on board as the Director of Sales & Marketing & looks forward to her leadership in driving growth and success for the property.
Ritu brings over 14 years of sales and revenue experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations. Her extensive background encompasses roles in sales and marketing across prominent hotel brands, including Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and The Park Hotels.
Describing herself as intuitive, insightful, and creative, Ritu’s leadership is characterized by her ability to drive revenue growth and develop human capital. Throughout her career, she has consistently achieved revenue growth, developed and executed segment-specific strategies. She has conducted comprehensive KPI reviews to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Her expertise in product positioning, budgeting, and forecasting, coupled with her dedication to continuous monitoring and adjustments, has resulted in significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
Ritu’s leadership extends beyond revenue management to encompass team management and development. She is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement within her teams.
