Chef Matteo Arvonio, known for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine at Alba, has earned accolades such as ‘Best Italian Foods in Mumbai’ at the Living Foodz Epicurean Guild Awards. With a career honed in Italy’s finest kitchens, including Canottieri, Omegna, and Castello di Casalborgone, Chef Arvonio is ready to deliver a menu that honors the essence of Italian gastronomy. Joining him is Chef Christian Huber, a culinary virtuoso whose cooking style is influenced by his Alpine roots in Merano, Alto Adige.
