Demanding immediate arrest of the killers of Young Industrialist Biyani
The brutal murder of Sanjay Biyani, a well-known industrialist and young social worker of Nanded has created furor all over India. One of the prestigious welfare organisation comprising the Marwari business community is known as Marwaris in Thane Welfare. This organization has demanded immediate arrest of killers and strict punishment for the guilty. The delegates of organisation met the PWD Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Ashok Chavhan at Mantralaya in Mumbai and handed over a memorandum.
The delegation was led by the Founder-President of the organization, Summan R Agrawal, and included prominent personalities. The delegation was comprised of Laxmikant Rathi – Thane District Maheshwari President, Rajendra Tapadiya – All India Maheshwari Mahasabha Committee members Parag Baheti, Kamalesh Sabu, Jugalkishor Mundra, Rajesh Tawari and others.
The memorandum content included that it is imperative to bring the anti-social elements under the purview of the law immediately to get rid of the fearful atmosphere spread in Rajasthani society which leads in all types of business. The incident of Nanded businessmen is a highly condemnable incident.
Ashok Chavhan is a sitting elected MLA and PWD minister of Maharashtra. He has assured the delegation that appropriate action would be taken against the culprit, be rest assured that law will take its own course.
It may be noted that Sanjay Biyani, a resident of Nanded, was shot dead in broad daylight in front of his house on 5 April 2022. Since then till now the culprits of this murder case have not been arrested.
