Tuskers at Sofitel Mumbai BKC invites diners on a unique culinary journey as the city’s only luxury hotel restaurant entirely devoted to vegetarian cuisine. Under the guidance of Chef Pratap Giri Maharaj, it celebrates the timeless flavours of Rajasthan and Gujarat, blending tradition with refined presentation. The highlight, the Signature Royal Thali, offers an immersive experience of heritage recipes, slow-cooked spices, and thoughtfully curated regional dishes.

Rooted in his upbringing in Rajasthan’s Pali district and inspired by the traditions of Marwari households and temple kitchens, Chef Giri Maharaj brings purity, patience, and respect for ingredients to every dish. At Tuskers, this philosophy comes alive through slow-cooked preparations, hand-ground spices, and recipes preserved over generations, providing an authentic journey into regional cuisine.

The Signature Royal Thali, a carefully balanced feast, features classics such as dal baati churma, seasonal vegetables, traditional breads, and regional accompaniments, combining homestyle warmth with royal refinement. The menu offers both lunch and dinner experiences, with a set menu priced at ₹2250 plus taxes for lunch (12 pm–3 pm) and ₹3500 plus taxes for dinner (7 pm–11 pm). An à la carte menu is also available during dinner hours.

With this offering, Tuskers aims to provide guests with a soulful exploration of western India’s vegetarian culinary heritage, presenting age-old flavours with authenticity, finesse, and contemporary elegance.
