Soho House Mumbai is marking the Independence Day weekend with a two-day celebration of live performances, DJ sets and music-led experiences, bringing members together through a curated line-up of contemporary Indian music.

The celebrations begin on Friday, August 14, from 7:30 pm with an intimate album listening session featuring acclaimed singer-songwriter and lyricist Ankur Tewari. Members will get an early experience of Mr. Faarigh, along with an opportunity to hear about the creative journey behind the album.

Tewari, known for his work as a singer, songwriter, lyricist and music supervisor, has contributed to films including Gully Boy, Gehraiyaan, The Archies and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. He is also the Creative Music Architect and Producer of Coke Studio Bharat and co-founder of Tiger Baby Records.

The Friday evening will combine live performances with a conversation with Tewari, offering members a closer look at the making of the album and the ideas shaping his latest musical work.

On Saturday, August 15, the programme continues with BOH!B featuring Choksi, Vishwa, Sippy and Another Adi from 6 pm. The evening will transition into a live performance by Anand Bhaskar Collective from 7:30 pm.

Blending alternative rock with Indian classical influences, Anand Bhaskar Collective will bring a distinctive sound to the House. The two-day programme will also feature seasonal specials, creating a relaxed setting for members to experience music and entertainment over the holiday weekend.

With artists, DJs and live performances taking centre stage, Soho House Mumbai is giving its Independence Day weekend a distinctly musical character.
