The Westin Mumbai Garden City will celebrate India’s Independence Day with a specially curated brunch on August 15, bringing together the country’s diverse flavours and rich culinary heritage at Seasonal Tastes on the hotel’s 18th floor.
Curated by Chef Mohammad Ali Haideria and his culinary team, the Independence Day brunch will feature an array of dishes inspired by India’s varied regional cuisines. The festive spread will showcase traditional favourites, regional specialities and flavours reflecting the country’s rich culinary traditions.

The Independence Day brunch will be held at Seasonal Tastes on August 15, 2026. The non-alcoholic package is priced at Rs. 3,700, while the alcoholic package is priced at Rs. 5,300, with applicable taxes extra.
