Eros Hotel New Delhi by IHG has announced the appointment of Mohit Singh as its new Director of Operations. A seasoned hospitality professional, Singh brings extensive experience in hotel operations and food and beverage to his new role.
Singh joins Eros Hotel New Delhi from Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar Delhi, where he served as Director of Operations and Area F&B Champion. During his career, he has worked across various areas of hotel operations and food and beverage, gaining experience with several established hospitality brands.
In his new position, Singh will work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to oversee operational priorities, strengthen service standards and support an enhanced guest experience. His appointment comes as Eros Hotel New Delhi continues to strengthen its leadership team and reinforce its presence in New Delhi’s luxury hospitality sector.
With experience spanning multiple operational functions, Singh is expected to contribute to the hotel’s focus on service excellence, operational efficiency and consistent guest experiences.
His professional journey includes stints with renowned hospitality establishments such as Indian Accent, Jaypee Hotel, The Oberoi, The Leela Hotel Delhi, Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi and the IHG Group of Hotels.
His diverse exposure to leading hotel brands has provided him with experience across hotel operations, food and beverage and guest services. This background is expected to support his responsibilities at Eros Hotel New Delhi, particularly in maintaining operational standards and coordinating with various departments.
The appointment further adds to the hotel’s leadership strength as it continues to focus on delivering quality hospitality and strengthening its position within Delhi’s competitive luxury hotel market.
Singh’s experience across both independent hospitality establishments and international hotel groups is expected to bring a broad operational perspective to his new assignment at Eros Hotel New Delhi.
